So, if you are still running your servers on the VMware ESXi Host version 5.5 then upgrade it to 6.5 or 6.7.
Upgrade ESXi 5.5 to 6.5

- If you have physical access to your server then insert the ESXi 6.5 media in the DVD/Optical drive or connect the media through USB Drive.

- After connecting the media, press the F12 button on the keyboard to get the option to shut down or reboot the server.
- Press F11 to restart the server.
- Once the server starts, press the F11 to enter in Boot menu.
- Select the option Legacy BIOS One-Time Boot Menu option by pressing the Enter key.
- It will proceed to the next step, now press number key 1 to select the option One Time Boot to CD-ROM. I selected this option because I have connected the media to CD-ROM. If you have connected to any other then please choose that option.

- It will load the installer and proceed to the next step.

- It will scan for the available hard drives.
- Select the local logical volume and press Enter to continue.
- Select the option Upgrade ESXi, preserve VMFS datastore and press Enter to continue.
- Confirm Upgrade by pressing the F11 key.
- Now it’s being upgraded.
