supportshow log
supportshow log collects all pieces of information of the SAN switch. For Firmware Analysis HPE support team asks me to send the supportshow log from 8/24 Base 16-ports Enabled SAN Switch. supportshow log can be collected from the SAN switch after login to SAN Switch.
Collect supportshow log from a SAN switch
Follow the process given below to collect the supportshow log from an 8/24 Base 16-ports Enabled SAN Switch.
- Log in to a SAN switch using an SSH client like PuTTY, as shown below. Default username/password for an 8/24 Base 16-ports Enabled SAN Switch are admin/password.

- Run the supportshow command.
